Christin Lail, CSW is a clinical social worker in Kentucky.
Ms. Lail received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Morehead State University and her master’s degree in clinical social work from University of Louisville. Ms. Lail is working towards her doctorate in social work from Capella University and has been working in the field of mental health for several years. Ms. Lail is also a United States Army Veteran and currently serves in the United States Army Reserves. She has organized programs supporting the mental well-being of military veterans and those serving along with self-esteem workshops for young girls. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and a Delta Zeta Alum.
Ms. Lail uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, task centered practice, narrative approach, and solution focused brief therapy. She understands that patients have unique needs and therapeutically supports them as they work to overcome life challenges. She provides treatment to ages 5 and up for individuals, couples, and families. She has experience with a range of mental health concerns including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, impulsive/disruptive behaviors, school issues, adjustment disorder, ADHD, grief, trauma, and sexuality.
During her free time, Ms. Lail enjoys travelling, staying active, camping, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
