Amanda Gullett, LPCC-S

Amanda Gullett, LPCC-S is a licensed professional clinical counselor in Kentucky and is a clinical supervisor for Kentucky licensed professional counseling associates.

Ms. Gullett received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. Ms. Gullett has worked in a variety of outpatient mental health programs including community mental health, home/school-based therapy, and substance abuse. She provides treatment to ages 10 and up and has experience treating a broad range of mental health concerns such as, but not limited to: life transitions (moves, school related, job changes), anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, caregiver burnout, and trauma. Ms. Gullett also specializes in working with women and those identifying within the LGBTQ+ community. She is also a member of the Kentucky Counseling Association.

Ms. Gullett believes individuals are the foremost expert and authority in their own lives and counsels with genuine presence, sincerity, and realistic goal setting. Her counseling style is eclectic and integrative as she incorporates a variety of therapy approaches and techniques to help individuals meet their clearly identified treatment goals.

During her free time, Ms. Gullett spends time with her family (including two pampered pooches) and hiding thoughtfully painted rocks around the community (and wherever she travels) as part of the Kindness Rocks Project.
